Don't fret -- we still have $0.35 chicken wings, huge trays of $14 thick crust pizza, free electronic dartboards, and exceptionally reasonable micro and import beer prices. If you're local to Wyoming area, don't drive here -- just walk or ride your bicycle or Harley -- we're biker friendly and we may even be able to help you fix your scooter if need be. Oh, by the way, we've noticed other businesses spying on our top beer lists and copying our selections -- how flattering!!! Don't ya think you should make your OWN list? Hahahaha! |

We're taking a well-deserved break this month after the busy holiday season. The restaurant is getting a new menu with lots of pub fare. We had Ilene on a pub-hopping expedition of East London, England, to see what their kitchens are putting out. Interested in new craft beers? If you're 21, stop by. We've added several new ales and lagers and have additionally completed our exclusive Beer Evaluation Rating System ("BEeRS") that has each and every beer labeled with its international rating percentile. March 2008 brings us to our acoustic events. You'll see Dealer In Wares, Kid Icarus, The Way, and more to be added. "Radio Confessions" is a new radio show going live March 15. The show comprises several local musicians and their trials in the local music scene. It is unscripted and may be too controversial and offensive for some. Also, more (!) original indie music added to our internet radio station. Listen to our station by clicking the link on the far right! |

Just so it will be abundantly clear to those who care about music and musicians: The use of mechanically reproduced music or live music that is on ASCAP/SESAC/BMI repetoire without an ASCAP/SESAC/BMI license is in violation of US Copyright Law. This is not a "grey" area. It is simply illegal. Mechanically reproduced music includes DJs and Jukeboxes. DJ's, just like a cover band or any band, playing music under ASCAP/SESAC/BMI repetoire must have a license. If you don't have a license, you are defrauding the copyright holder. If you are a DJ or band and are as successful as you boast, get a license. Newer generations of Jukeboxes (such as TouchTunes TM) collect and report played artists and songs directly to reporting agencies to fulfill royalty and license requirements. Older (mechanical) jukeboxes are subject to audit and should clearly bear an ASCAP/BMI stamp indicative of current license status. IBIMW maintains licensing for live music performances, our jukebox, and our in-house Sirius radio. Our licensing is always current. For more information on licensing, see www.ascap.com and www.sesac.com |
